Technical Difficulties . . . Again!

Got back from the great state of NC only to find my Internet is a mess again! Who's breaking into my house and screwing things up? If only I knew a gang of girl geniuses who could take the case! And kick the villain's behind.

I should have things fixed soon. And yes, I know the Kiki Strike website is down at the moment. I'm trying to fix that, too! (Why, oh why, do these things happen to me?)

Hoooboy. Not you, too. D:

My internet has been off and on for all week. Makes living my mostly-cybernetic lifestyle unduly difficult. And it's looking like all of the Western Hemisphere is in the same boat, given all the people complaining about it.

God is screwing with the internet. ]:< I'm convinced.

Dear Montana Irregular:

Ouch! What sort of warped mentality would use the "Accessibility Options" in Windows (I'm assuming it's Windows here) for evil? Oh wait, I've done stuff like switch mouse buttons, change color schemes, once even changed system fonts. Now if they'd only make a quieter Braille display. I've a pal who's blind who doesn't like to wake the upstairs neighbors when he's "moonlighting" on the computer.

Oddly, there's a built-in text-to-speech application in most Windows machines called "Narrator!"

***this is totally off topic***

In Enternal Ones, why was there a chance that Haven could end up in China?

:)

Curious: Because when you're reincarnated, you have no control over where on Earth you're born. You could find yourself back in your old stomping grounds. But you could just as easily end up in China.
