Attention Library People

I didn't realize so many librarians (and granddaughters of librarians) read this blog! So here's the deal. If you invite me to visit your library, I will try to come. For free. See, without libraries, I would have turned to a life of crime. So I feel I owe the librarians of the world for keeping me out of jail.

Hehe. I live really close to the new Mulberry St. branch but I know the Jefferson Mkt. would be easier for you...heheh.

By the way, what does "officially" mean?
Like, do we get to harass you, ask endless questions, and then follow you home?
Hehe. Oops. I mean...xD

That library pic looks so COOL! The Otis Library just got remodeled. It is very nice now, (much more than the one here in MA!)

Oh, the library is in a different state than I am, so you wouldn't be able to see the havoc that I have wrought in my own town!

Also, have you heard of Michael Palin???? He's a really popular in the UK, he is on TV a lot and he's an explorer. well a few months ago i was in Oxford and he was visiting a bookstore and i literally missed his visit by MINUTES.......i was gutted.

Lara: I have heard of Michael Palin. He's great. He had a series a while back that was called "Ripping Yarns." It was great! Too bad you missed him!

Jenn: Sure! I would love to do more stuff in NY. You can always reach me at kikistrike@gmail.com

Anonymous: Believe me, I WILL be back in Austin. It's one of my favorite places!

Raph: I WISH!

Mae: OF COURSE I remember. You were the best-dressed person there! Thanks again for the drawing. It has a place of honor in my office.

Of course you're always welcome in Grand Rapids, Michigan. I know a bunch of 6th graders who would love to meet you in person. . .

Maybe we'll just have to visit NYC!

I know Atlanta is far away, but if you come nearby, could you pretty-please-with-sugar-on-top come to either Little Shop of Stories, my very favorite book store, or the Decatur Library? That would be amazing!!!!

Talking in the Library: You're always welcome! It would be fun--that's for sure.

Hazel: In Germany? ;)

Anonymous: You might be surprised to learn that I'm in Atlanta fairly often. Next time, I'll check those place out!
