I will be accepting requests through NOON EST ON THURSDAY, JANUARY 3. Any requests that come in after that will probably be ignored.

I'm afraid I can only ship to the US. However, if you'd like to pay postage, I'll consider shipping to other countries.

If you are a cultural institution (school, library, etc.) that would like additional copies, send me a note and I'll see what I can do.
