Happy Thanksgiving!

On a recent afternoon, Kettly Jean-Felix parked her car on Beacon Street in Brookline, fed the parking meter, wheeled around to go to the optician and came face to face with a wild turkey.

The turkey eyed Jean-Felix. Jean-Felix eyed the turkey. It gobbled. She gasped. Then the turkey proceeded to follow the Dorchester woman over the Green Line train tracks, across the street, through traffic, and all the way down the block, pecking at her backside as she went.

According to this year-old article, Brookline, MA, has a little problem with turkeys. Which is odd, I think, 'cause our turkeys are quite pleasant.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

Turkeys are kind of funny looking.
I remember once on an episode of Dirty Jobs, Mike went to this little animal place (it was either a tiny zoo or a shelter) and they had a turkey there. He spent like ten minutes trying to get the turkey to gobble but it wouldn't. Then later in the episode he was talking to one of the people that worked there and he just stopped suddenly saying "Did you hear a turkey?" Then he tried to call it. It was really funny. (that took longer to explain than I thought it would)

Anyway, Happy Thanksgiving, Kirsten.

Have you ever seen one of the turkeys? I haven't :( of course, I might actually have mistaken one for a pigeon...

Happy Thanksgiving! I have seen wild turkeys, but they ran away from me and I wasn't in the city. I did get a picture of it though.

Turkeys... Whenever I think about wild turkeys I think about the time my mom bagged a twenty three pound hen with our truck... Not that we got to eat it... :D

My grandparents live in, like, suburbia and one time, there were wild turkeys walking around in their neighborhood. It was funny and maybe weird for them, but I live in the middle of nowhere and I see turkeys all the time.
She had a problem with turkeys? I mean, they're ugly, but that's about it.
