  2. I was evil enough to email Kirsten a picture of the sun-flooded parking lot of this shopping center I'm at -- complete with palm trees.

  3. Poor you! It's been freakishly warm in my corner of the Golden state... If I was determined, I could get a tan, but the 60 degree wind chill is too much for my faint heart!

  5. Kitty: It's a massive pain in the butt. I haven't worn any shoes but snow boots since Christmas.

  6. I, for one, am frankly sick of snow to. I live in Tennessee and even we have been getting snow lately, not massive snow, but enough to make a person sick of it.
On the up side I had my first snow day ever this year, as elated about that I was, I want either the rainy or sunny weather back.
    Go rain! Woo hoo.

  7. That's probably the same snow that hit us last week in the Midwest, we got around 8 inches, and some evil dudes stole my friends sled.

  10. To put out a counter view: I love snow and on saturday I went skiing, snowshoeing, sledding and then I slept in my friend's igloo!! In case you're wondering I do not live in Alaska...

  13. Last time (my first snow ever) I sang the praises of the white stuff, but I miss rain. Winter here is cold and crunchy. I prefer the rainy season that the Silicon Valley gets to this...although it does look cool.
