On Wednesday, October 15th, a secret panel will convene to judge the latest contest on the Ananka's Diary blog. The winner will be announced at 9AM EST on Thursday, October 16th.

    OH MY GOODNESS! Aack! I'm soo excited! The prices are BEYOND being fabulous. The edible spy paper sounds like the one used by the Gallagher Girls in Ally Carter's I'd Tell You I Love You, But Then I'd Have To Kill You.

    Jin Ai, my advice is to think about a problem you have, or would have if you were lost/kidnapped/whatever, that could be solved by an object, e.g. I'm lost and cold and wet->I need matches. Think of an object to solve it, or a way to make a known object more practical (I mean, who carries a flamethrower with them?). Draw some designs and write a description. Voila!
    (I am allowed to give general advice like that, right?)

    Yay today is my birthday! Hazel gave me THREE POUNDS of dark chocolate. I knew there was a reason we kept her.;)

    I wasn't originally planning on entering, but now I have to. The prizes sound awesome! I've tried to think of something that fits the contest requirements, but so far I haven't come up with anything. NOOOOOOOO!!! If I won, I would get the squirell shirt. Edible paper sounds so cool! I'd always be writing secret messages and then I'd eat them... or have someone else eat them. I wonder if it atstes any good. I must get to work on my entry. :D

    Happy birthday Nellie!!!! You are SO lucky to have that much chocolate as a present!
    Oh, you know how we're not allowed to write notes in class, we're not allowed to eat in class either... But special undercover agents like me (muahaha) can get away with such things as eating spy paper in class!
    Ahhhhh I need more ideas! The ones I've come up with so far are so NOT creative! I'm panicing!
    School starts tomorrow and I just want to study Kiki Strike and New York!!!!!! I want chickens!!!! (There goes me being random again)
