Would You Eat It?


It's kind of pretty, don't you think? And it certainly qualifies as a luxury--a kilo costs around $1600. Ancient Romans, Greeks, and Egyptians adored the earthy flavor. But would you eat it? (I'd certainly give it a try.)

  5. Uck. No. Partly because I'm vegetarian. Partly 'cause I'm afraid that, by some total denial of logic, they'll hatch in my stomach.

  8. dont see why not. I mean, we eat chicken eggs and the ovaries of trees. why not snail eggs? plus, i bet they're really nutritious!! :)

  12. picking eating is reportedly an eating disorder.. haha its okay im a picky eater too. well...i think they are too pretty to eat. plus too expensive. plus i dont even like snails. im not a veggie but i wouldnt eat that just cause they remind me of babies o.O oh...and i dont eat eggs and what the heck is ovaries of trees???
