Anonymous: Yes, the test measures empathy. But a good detective can recognize people's emotions and understand their motivations. I would imagine being able to spot a fake smile might come in handy when interviewing suspects or witnesses.

By the way, I got seven wrong. I think I was to suspicious that they were being filmed, until I realized they could have just listened to a joke.

i got 18 out of 20. i went by eyes, if they didnt change much, i figured it was fake.
